We look forward to welcoming you on board the Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures’ houseboat, Barrashack for the 4 Night Ultimate Kimberley Cruise Adventure. Below you will find all the information you need to prepare for your incredible adventure.

Beginning with an 11:30am courtesy pick up from your Broome accommodation, or a 2:15pm courtesy pick up from your Derby accommodation, get ready to board the seaplane flying directly to the Horizontal Falls located in Talbot Bay. The flight time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Broome, and 30 minutes from Derby.

You will be welcomed aboard our houseboat Barrashack. Following this, you will be given a tour of the boat, shown to your cabins, and provided with a safety briefing and a rundown of what to expect on the trip.

The afternoon will be full of adventure, as we introduce you to the iconic Horizontal Falls. Board our fast boat and experience an exhilarating ride through the waterfalls as our highly experienced skipper safely guides you. Swim with the friendly sharks in our shark-proof cage and experience an entertaining fish feeding show.

Now it’s time to depart the Horizontal Falls, cruising west into the stunning thousand island Buccaneer Archipelago. Enjoy a helicopter scenic flight over this pristine area, and then spend the night in a calm, secluded bay of the Buccaneer Archipelago.

Prepare yourself for a day’s excursion full of sport fishing, reef walking, and turtle/dugong spotting.

Cruise further down towards the magnificent islands of the Buccaneer Archipelago on the Barrashack.

Enjoy a dinghy ride through the mangroves into a secluded rainforest surrounded waterhole. This is the perfect spot to have a refreshing drink and cool off.

Spend the night in a new secluded bay of the Buccaneer Archipelago for a well deserved rest.

Are you ready to catch a Barramundi? We can’t guarantee that you’ll catch one, but we will definitely give it a red hot go for all those who are keen to join in. If you prefer not to go fishing, then you will have a few hours to relax, read and enjoy the tranquillity on board the Barrashack.

Enjoy a BBQ lunch, swim in their exceptional waterhole, and enjoy a tour around this remote Kimberley paradise.

Get ready for a big day! Take off on our custom built, high-speed expedition vessel Category Five, heading towards some of the outer islands and reef systems. Enjoy a lunch on board Category Five, eating the day’s catch.

Cruise through untouched islands and explore the pristine beaches.

Return to Barrashack late afternoon to unwind, enjoy great food and drinks, and reflect on the day’s adventures.

On your last day, awake to the spectacular surrounds of your current destination. You will be transferred by helicopter to explore the secluded beaches and swim in the crystal clear, blue waters. Continue cruising back into Talbot Bay, and arrive at the Horizontal Falls.

Cruise through the untouched surrounding bays and creeks of Cyclone Creek, and then prepare to board the seaplane for your return flight. If you are returning to Derby, expect to arrive back around 8:00 am, and if you are heading back to Broome, anticipate an approximate 3:00 pm arrival time.
